About us Jennifer Chater and Nathan Toohey are the authors of the Moon Moscow & St. Petersburg guide book, published in 2009. They work at Moscow's English-language biweekly newspaper, The Moscow News, editing the arts & entertainment section. In the past decade they worked mostly at Moscow's only English-language daily newspaper, The Moscow Times, covering everything from real estate to restaurants. They have also created several newspaper-affiliated publications, including a monthly entertainment magazine, a dining guide book series, and a photojournalism album.
